Document Management

The project involved the use of DocGen and DocuSign packages to support certificate and contract management. Automated document generation and e-signature workflows simplified administrative processes.

Survey Implementation

Work with surveys was implemented through the Survey Vista package, including migration of existing surveys and responses from legacy systems. Teachers could complete surveys directly through the portal.

Automation & Workflows

Developed automation for teacher assignment, availability validation, and certification workflows. Configured Salesforce Flows to handle complex business logic and reduce manual administrative tasks.

Reporting & Notifications

Configured dashboards, reports, and notifications to simplify administrators’ daily operations. Real-time visibility into workshop attendance, certification status, and assignment coverage enabled proactive management.
